The Bechig dwelling tower is located in the village of Bechigi in the Itum-Kali district of the Chechen Republic, 5 km southeast of the district center of Itum-Kali, on the left side of the Chanty-Argun River behind the Bechigan duk ridge and on the right side of the Tsirik-Bina 1in gorge.

The tower is a powerful rectangular building made of well-treated stones on lime mortar. It is oriented by walls on the sides of the world. The northern wall is the facade. On the western wall, at a height of 2.0 meters, there is a window aperture. On the western wall, at a height of 2.0m, there is a loophole with dimensions. The object was restored in 2020.

The tower is interesting for researchers as a monument and an example of defensive structures of the Middle Ages.

The Bechig dwelling tower is a cultural heritage site and is located on the territory of the Argun Historical, Architectural and Natural Museum-Reserve. It is protected by the state.
