Itum-Kali district

In the Itum-Kalin municipal district, the “Second Itum-Kalin Territory Development Forum” was held, headed by the head of the All-Russian Association of Municipal Leaders (KRMS) Mikhail Oshlakov, Deputy of the Parliament of the Czech Republic Yusup Talkhigov and Deputy of the Council of Deputies of the Itum-Kalin district Hussein Kazaev. The Forum was attended by more than 30 heads of Russian regions: Leningrad, Irkutsk, Samara, Lipetsk regions, Altai Krai and others, heads of enterprises of the military-industrial complex, as well as representatives of the business community.

The participants visited the autumn fair in the MBEU “Sush of Itum-Kali village named after Kh. Isayev” in Phakoche, took part in a tour of the administration of the Itum-Kalin municipal district, a fish farm, laid flowers at the Memorial of the First President of the Chechen Republic Hero of Russia A-Kadyrov.

During the Forum, a Protocol on technological cooperation was signed in the framework of cooperation with enterprises of the military-industrial complex and enterprises solving the problems of import substitution in industry between the Administration of the Itum-Kalin municipal district and JSC NPO High Precision Complexes. Also, the presentation of the logo for the Second Itum-Kalin Forum for the Development of Territories was held, which is planned to be used as one of the elements of the district’s brand and used to mark goods and services produced in the district. All participants of the Forum received gifts with the logo of Itum-Kalinsky district.

As part of the order of Ramzan Kadyrov and with the participation of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Itum-Kalin district of the Czech Republic Hamid Saiduyev, the opening event of the entrance gate in the rural settlement of Hildehara Itum-Kalin municipal district was held.

Dozens of natives of Hildehara came to the opening, who are actively involved in the restoration of their native settlement. The elders expressed hope that the ancient Hildehara would soon be restored to its historical boundaries.

Itum-Kali hosted the Youth Health Festival “Akhmat Sila!!!”. The competition was attended by teams of schoolchildren of the district of 9-11 grades, who competed in various sports disciplines. The winners were awarded with cups and medals.

The event was organized jointly with the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sport of the Chechen Republic, the Youth Centre of the Chechen Republic and the Akhmat youth social-patriotic movement. In addition, the festival was held as part of the Chechen Republic's 2025 Program for the Comprehensive Development of Youth Policy.

A hotel to be managed by the federal hotel operator Cosmos Hotel Group will open in the Veduchi resort. The complex will include 173 rooms and will start operating in the second half of 2025.

Cosmos Hotel Group considers the Veduchi resort promising for attracting tourists to the region, which will be facilitated by the development of infrastructure and quality service. The design of the hotel will reflect the national culture through ornaments, carvings, reliefs, stone masonry. The operator itself will carry out complex management of the hotel: from control of service provision and staff training to marketing promotion.

A regular clean-up day was held in Itum-Kali village on the eve of the Itum-Kali District Day holiday.

Work was carried out on whitewashing and trimming trees and cleaning the territory. The event was attended by employees of the district administration, rural settlements, representatives of public organizations and ordinary residents of Itum-Kali.

A large-scale preventive campaign was conducted in the Itum-Kali municipal district of the Chechen Republic to inform the population about fire safety measures.

As part of the campaign, residents of the district received 300 leaflets explaining fire safety requirements.

The event was organized by the Itum-Kali District Administration in conjunction with the Republic's fire service.

In the Itum-Kali Municipal District, as part of the Year of Mountain Development and Support for Small and Medium-Sized Entrepreneurs, the Ministry of Youth of the Chechen Republic, with the support of the Itum-Kali Municipal District Administration, organized a training course entitled "Guide Instructor: Safety and Hospitality."

The aim of the training was to enhance the professional skills of young guides, provide instruction on ensuring tourist safety, and develop hospitality and communication skills.

The training was attended by professionals with experience in the tourism business and security, enabling participants to gain relevant knowledge and practical skills. Participants improved their knowledge of safe tour procedures, improved their communication skills with tourists, and gained practical experience interacting in real-life situations.
