Pogha architectural complex is located in the village of Pogha of the Itum-Kali district, 29 km south-west of the district center of Itum-Kali, on the eastern slope of the Maistin ridge, on the left bank of the river Maystoyn-Akhk. Dated XIV-XVI centuries.

The village is a medieval fortification consisting of two castles and four battle towers. Castle 1 is located in the eastern part of the village and consists of a battle tower and five residential towers attached to it. His condition is satisfactory. Castle 2 consists of a battle tower and three residential towers, which are in disrepair. Battle towers, with the exception of towers with a pyramid-step roof, have lost roofs and ceilings and are in disrepair.

Pogha architectural complex is a sample of the Chechen medieval tower settlement, built according to all the rules of fortification art.

Pogha tower complex is an object of cultural heritage and is located on the territory of the Argun Historical, Architectural and Natural Museum-Reserve. Protected by the state.
