The Bashin-Kali shelter tower is located in the village of Bashin-Kali in the Itum-Kali district of the Chechen Republic. It dates back to the 14th-16th centuries.

The tower was erected on the top of a precipitous cliff, where it is almost inaccessible. It is built of carefully selected and, in some cases, well-treated stones. It is oriented with angles to the sides of the world. At present the tower is half-destroyed.

The Bashin-Kali shelter tower is an object of cultural heritage and is located on the territory of the Argun Historical, Architectural and Natural Museum-Reserve. It is protected by the state.
