The Nakharast tower structures are located on a rocky southeastern slope of the Kyure-Lam ridge, on the left side of the Meshi-khi River, 38 km west of the district center of Itum-Kali in the Itum-Kali District of the Chechen Republic. The complex is located 650 m above the village of Sakhany at a distance of 2 km in a straight line northeast of it.

It consists of ruined and half-destroyed tower structures, including four half-destroyed dwelling towers. They are missing roofs and ceilings and have significant destruction. The complex was built by order of the Naharast villagers, who belong to the Malkhi tukhum.

The Nakharast complex is an object of cultural heritage and is located on the territory of the Argun historical-architectural and natural museum-reserve. It is protected by the state.
