The Ezikhoi complex is located in the Itum-Kali district of the Chechen Republic on a promontory formed by the confluence of two mountain rivers flowing from the left side into the Chanty-Argun River, 15 km northwest of the district center of Itum-Kali. It is dated XIV-XIX centuries.

The Ezikhoi complex consists of dwelling towers, auxiliary and residential buildings. The stone structures were built by order of the villagers, who belonged to the Dishni teip. The dwellings were built in a construction technique typical of the area, which indicates the local origin of the craftsmen. Tower dwellings in the complex are ruinized.

The Ezikhoi complex is a cultural heritage site and is located on the territory of the Argun Historical, Architectural and Natural Museum-Reserve. It is protected by the state.
