Terti (Terta, Tertie) is a large tower complex of the XIV-XVI centuries in the western part of the Malkhistin gorge of the Itum-Kali district of the Chechen Republic. It is located at an altitude of 1580 m above sea level.

It consists of seven towers: a combat one, a semi-combat and five residential, as well as a crypt burial ground and mausoleum. The central place of the complex was previously occupied by a five-storey battle tower. However, it was completely destroyed after 1990. The double tower, located on the north side, rises to 4 floors, has loopholes and a balcony-mashicule. The remaining towers are residential, also four-storey, made of sandstone.

A two-tiered elevated crypt is located in the western part of the complex. It has a pyramid-step roof, the walls are made of stone blocks and slabs. The sanctuary-mausoleum with a height of 5.5 m is located on the north side. It is decorated with diamond-shaped and square patterns, as well as stone ram heads. Pagan rituals were performed here.

The Terti Tower complex is an object of cultural heritage and is located on the territory of the Argun Historical, Architectural and Natural Museum-Reserve.
