Shikaroy historical and architectural complex: XIV - XVI centuries. It is located in the village of Shikaroy, located on a high cape formed by small rivers flowing into Sharo-Argun on the right side. Shikaroy residential towers were built as dwellings for individual families and surnames. In addition to residential, there were Shikaroy battle and semi-combat towers.

In the Middle Ages, the village of Shikaroy was divided into two parts: the upper ("Baidiye") and the lower, more ancient ("Phyediye"). In the village there are more than twenty residential buildings of different eras in different conditions. Among the dilapidated towers there are underground stone buildings with stone vaulted ceilings, as well as a rural mosque, also dilapidated.

Shikaroy tower buildings are the least explored objects of cultural heritage in the Chechen Republic.
