The Tsatsakhoy dwelling tower is located in the Itum-Kali district of the Chechen Republic in the village of Tuskharoy (formerly Tsatsakh farmstead) on the right bank of the Chanty-Argun.

The tower is three-storeyed, oriented with its walls to the sides of the world, rectangular in plan. It is built of well-treated stone with the use of clay-lime mortar. It is in an emergency condition. There is no roof and interfloor ceilings. Several walls are destroyed.

The Tsatsakhoy dwelling tower is a cultural heritage site and is located on the territory of the Argun Historical, Architectural and Natural Museum-Reserve. It is protected by the state.
