A grand opening ceremony for three restored structures—one military tower and two residential towers—that are part of the Khaibakh Historical and Architectural Complex took place at the Chechen Museum-Reserve in the Urus-Martan District.
The opening was timed to coincide with the 75th anniversary of the birth of Akhmat-Khadji Kadyrov, the first President of the Chechen Republic.
The ceremony was attended by I.M.-Kh. Ibragimov, Minister of Culture of the Chechen Republic; R.V. Milkiev, Deputy Minister of Culture of the Chechen Republic; Kh.K. Yakhyaev, Director of the Chechen Museum-Reserve; Sh.A. Kutsaev, Head of the Urus-Martan District Administration; V.S. Batsilov, Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Urus-Martan District; and representatives of the public and cultural sector.
