The Keghina Historical and Architectural Complex is located in the village of Keghina in the Itum-Kali district of the Chechen Republic, 33 km west of the district center of Itum-Kali, on the right bank of the Meshi-khi River, 600 m from its confluence with the Chanty-Argun River. The complex is located opposite the town of the dead Tsoy-Pede, to the west of it, and is situated 130 m above the riverbed.

It consists of heavily ruined dwellings and outbuildings, including one semi-militant tower and one dwelling tower. Their roofs and ceilings are missing, and the structures themselves are badly damaged. They represent a type of Chechen medieval dwelling architecture with fortification elements. The proportions of the towers (area to height ratio) show that they were probably built by builders from the western Chechen districts (Maista and Malkhista). The towers are organically integrated into the relief and are part of the surrounding landscape.

The historical and architectural complex of Keghina is a cultural heritage site and is located on the territory of the Argun Historical, Architectural and Natural Museum-Reserve. It is protected by the state.
