The Orsoy architectural complex is located in the Vedeno district of the Chechen Republic, 29 km from the district center of Vedeno and 17 km southwest of the high-mountainous Lake Kezenoy-am, on the right side of the Ansalta River.

The complex represents the structures that are built on the slope of the rock massif in the form of stone walls and ruined medieval buildings: dwelling towers and cyclopean structure. The buildings were dense - all the structures were closely adjoining each other. The entrance openings to the towers were located on the side of the gorge, which increased the fortification qualities of the whole complex. There is a cemetery to the west of the settlement. Four buildings with petroglyphs were found among the local ruins: three U-shaped signs in an inverted position; a complex lattice with dots. Remains of cyclopean masonry walls were also found here: some stone blocks exceed 1 m3 in volume.

The Orsoy architectural complex is a cultural heritage site and is located on the territory of the Argun Historical, Architectural and Natural Museum-Reserve. It is protected by the state.
