Heldy is a small destroyed and uninhabited village. It belongs to the Tazbichi rural settlement. Located southeast of the district center Itum-Kali on the banks of the river Heldhoyerk. It was inhabited until 1944. It consists of five ruined stone buildings. Nearest settlements: Tazbichi, Veduchi, Tsamadoy.

Heldy is an object of cultural heritage and is located on the territory of the Argun Historical, Architectural and Natural Museum-Reserve. Protected by the state.
