The Tistikhoy complex is located in the Urus-Martan district of the Chechen Republic in the former village of Tistikhoy.

It stands on the crest of a hill. The layout is in rows and the building is not very dense. The complex consists of 4 residential towers and a Muslim cemetery of different parts, which includes a pagan burial ground. The towers in the complex are in a semi-destroyed state. Coverings and inter-storey ceilings have been lost. From the territory of the complex one can clearly see the village of Mozarkha, which is located down in the valley directly below the Tistikhoi complex.

The Tistikhoi complex is a typical example of Chechen historical-architectural planning. A good view from the road leading to Lake Galanchozh allows it to be used on the tourist route.

The Tistikhoy complex is a cultural heritage site and is located on the territory of the Argun Historical, Architectural and Natural Museum-Reserve.
