The Itir-Kali complex is located in the village of Itir-Kale in the Urus-Martan district of the Chechen Republic, 5 km southwest of Lake Galanchozh, at the source of the Gekhi River, on its right bank. The complex's dwellings were built by local craftsmen who belong to the Akki tukhum. It is dated XIV-XVI centuries.

The complex is a medieval settlement consisting of residential buildings and a tower built into a rock niche. It is in a ruinized state.

The Itir-Kali complex is a cultural heritage site and is located on the territory of the Argun Historical, Architectural and Natural Museum-Reserve. It is protected by the state.
