The tower complex Evloy (New or Lower Evloy, Yovle) is located in the Dzheyrakh district 500 meters north-west of the tower complex Stary Evloy, on the spur of the Tsorei-Loam mountain, the high left bank of the Niikhi River.
It consists of a combat and 8 residential towers with various annexes, which, with the help of a high extended stone defensive wall, were combined into a rather powerful and complex single castle complex of the late Middle Ages.
The complex is currently in a semi-ruined state. In the center of the castle stands a four-storey battle tower with a flat roof. She had no mashikuli balconies. Outside on the walls of the fourth floor you can see ornaments in the shape of a diamond. Residential towers of the complex reached three floors, on their walls there were many signs: crosses, spirals, circles, letter-like signs, etc. The castle was surrounded by a stone wall. Within the complex there are several solar burial grounds.
The tower complex Evloy is part of the Dzhirakh-Assin State Historical, Architectural and Natural Museum-Reserve and is an identified object of cultural heritage protected by the state.
