The village of Nikhaloy in the Shatoi district of the Chechen Republic has a new health care facility - a paramedic and obstetric station. It was built as part of the national project “Long and Active Life” and the federal project “Modernization of Primary Health Care”.

The construction of the obstetric station in the village of Nihaloy is a vivid example of successful implementation of national projects aimed at improving the availability and quality of medical services in remote areas. The project also contributes to social stability and improves the quality of life of local residents.

A monitoring event was conducted in Shatoi district to control and prevent the sale of poor-quality food products. The monitoring was implemented by specialists of the territorial department of the Rospotrebnadzor Directorate in Grozny district together with representatives of the administration of Shatoi district and officers of the Department of Internal Affairs in Shatoi district.

Meetings were held with entrepreneurs on compliance with the norms established by law.

Eight investment facilities are planned to be put into operation in Shatoy district in 2025. The district administration reports that the facilities will be implemented under the program “Social and economic development of mountainous areas (Vedensky, Itum-Kalinsky, Nozhai-Yurtovsky, Shatoi, Sharoysky districts) of the Chechen Republic (for 2017-2020 ) and subsequent years”.

The district administration explained that the investment project "Construction and commissioning of a 2-storey building of a fitness club for 10 people in the village of Shatoi, where the amount of investment is 5.5 million rubles, is now at the stage of completion. Jobs will be created. At the moment the works on improvement of the adjacent territory and interior finishing are underway at the facility.

Thanks to the help and support of the Head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov, the district is experiencing positive dynamics of socio-economic development and business is gradually expanding in important sectors of the economy: tourism, cattle breeding, plant growing, beekeeping, thus creating new jobs. Shatoi district has a huge potential for the development of various spheres of the economy, is rich in natural monuments, healing springs, water bodies, rich flora and fauna and the district leadership is ready to provide investors with all opportunities for profitable investments in our district.

The employment center of the Shatoi district organized information events to introduce the national project “Workers”.

The project is aimed at developing the region's human resources potential through improving the skills of citizens, adapting them to modern labor market requirements and reducing unemployment. During the events, 16 people showed interest in the program to expand their professional skills and employment opportunities.

A new sports school and a new complex have opened in the village of Shatoi. The sports school building was erected on the site of the old sports school built in 1969 and meets modern safety requirements. The territory with a total area of more than 1,000 m² provides the necessary conditions for sports activities.

This is already the ninth major sports facility to open in the republic this year alone. The residents of Shatoi now have an excellent base for sports and an active lifestyle.
