The Pozhpkharoy semi-combat tower is located in the Khildekharoy Gorge, Itum-Kali district, 28 km southwest of the district center Itum-Kali, on the left bank of the Kerigo River. It is dated XIV-XVI centuries.

The tower stands on a slope, erected on a rocky base of roughly worked slate stone on clay-lime mortar. The tower was 4-storeyed, oriented by angles to the sides of the world, rectangular in plan (6.60 x 9.0 m). The thickness of walls at the base is 0,70 m. Entrance openings to each floor are arranged on the north-eastern wall. On the north-west and south-west walls at the level of the 4th floor there is one balcony-machicule each. There are petroglyphs on the tower. The tower is in a semi-destroyed state. The roof and inter-storey ceilings are missing.

The Pozhpkharoy semi-combat tower is an object of cultural heritage and is located on the territory of the Argun historical-architectural and natural museum-reserve. It is protected by the state.
