Pyatigorsk State University hosted the 2026 Abilympics Championship, a key event in the field of inclusive professional excellence.

This year, PSU once again served as a regional venue for the "Translator" competency and also introduced a new track, "Social Rehabilitation Specialist." Furthermore, schoolchildren participated in the competition for the first time.

The highlights of the championship were the participants and their mentors, and the university demonstrated a brilliant performance. In the "Translator" competency, PSU students took all the top spots in the "Undergraduate" category. In the new competency, a student from the Graduate School of Management brought victory to the university.
