Pyatigorsk State University was represented by an inter-institutional team of six faculty and specialists, combining expertise in innovation, law, youth policy, linguistics, tourism, art, and design.

Over the course of four days, participants explored modern approaches to mentoring and educational work, discussed the role of faculty, the development of university communities, and new formats for interacting with students, and also participated in master classes and teamwork.

Participation in the federal program provided the PSU team with an opportunity to exchange experiences with colleagues from Russian universities, strengthen professional ties, and gain new tools for developing educational work and student initiatives.
