Leading researcher at PSU, PhD Darya Nikolaevna Sukhovskaya, has completed training under the federal Program for the Development of a Strategic Management Talent Pool in Science, Technology, and Higher Education and has been included in the management talent pool of the Russian Federation.

The program is being implemented at the request of the President of the Russian Federation and aims to develop a new generation of management corps – leaders capable of ensuring the strategic development of universities, research organizations, and the country's educational policy in the context of technological transformation and global knowledge competition.

The inclusion of representatives from regional universities in the federal management pool confirms the growing role of university centers in shaping the country's intellectual potential.
