PSU Rector Alexander Pavlovich Gorbunov and Vice-Rector for Academic Policy, Education Quality Control and Informatization Yury Yuryevich Grankin took part in the district meeting “National System of Higher Education: New Normative Regulation”.

The key goal of the event, organized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, was to discuss the organizational conditions for the transition of universities to a new model of higher education, corresponding to the modern challenges and strategic objectives of the country's development.
