The Institute of International Relations at PSU at the international forum “North Caucasus: Cultural Code in the Development of International Cooperation.”
Viktor Panin held an expert session entitled “Value Orientations of Public Authority,” during which participants discussed issues related to the content of value orientations in public administration, education as a value-cultural basis for serving the Fatherland, and aspects of interaction between the state and society in the context of cultural and national identity.
The forum, organized by the North Caucasus Institute, a branch of the Presidential Academy, brought together more than 600 participants from 20 countries in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, China, and other regions.
