PSU Business School staff advanced their skills at MIPT.
Liya Mkheidze, Advisor to the Rector for Innovative and Technological Entrepreneurship and Transprofessional Competencies at PSU, and Yulia Ilyaeva and Anna Efremova, business school staff, participated in the advanced training program "Methodology of Entrepreneurship Teaching: Developing the Competencies of Business Trainers," organized by the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT).
During the training, the participants mastered modern approaches to developing entrepreneurial competencies, explored methods for supporting startup teams, designing educational programs, conducting training sessions, and exploring the potential of using artificial intelligence in educational activities. The program brought together leading experts in education, innovation, and business and provided a platform for the exchange of professional experience.
The knowledge and best practices gained will contribute to the further development of entrepreneurship education and the training of future technology leaders at Pyatigorsk State University.
