These days Pskov is hosting the V Interregional Forum dedicated to UNESCO World Heritage Sites, which is attended by about 200 restoration specialists from the North-West region.
They plan to share their experience in preserving architectural heritage in the context of modern urban planning, to discuss the improvement of the territory of monuments and the development of domestic tourism.
The temples of the Pskov architectural school entered the UNESCO world heritage in 2019. It was then that the initiative to hold a forum where colleagues can learn about new practices for the preservation of World Heritage sites appeared.
While the forum is taking place, the architects of ACM Group are continuing design work on the Church of Archangel Michael with a bell tower in Pskov and the Malsky Monastery in the Pskov region.
