Restoration work on the project "ASM Group" at the cultural heritage site of federal significance "Falcon Tower" in the Khan's Palace in Bakhchisaray is being completed. Historically, the tower was designed to contain falcons.

ASM Group is considering the possibility of participating in the project of restoration and adaptation of the cultural heritage object of federal importance "Barnaul silver smelting plant", consisting of 17 buildings built on 7.5 hectares.

The construction of the plant is directly connected with the emergence of the city on the Barnaulka River in 1739. Until the middle of the XIX century, 90% of all Russian silver was smelted at the plant. In 1942, the factory was converted into a match factory, the last decades of buildings and grounds abandoned.

The building of the baths is one of the outstanding works of Leningrad constructivism on the project arch. A.S. Nikolsky, built in 1930. The name "Giant" is due to the fact that at the time of construction, these baths were the largest institution of its kind, designed for 4,000 visits per day.
