Upper Pui is a small tower complex in the southern part of the Targim basin, next to the bridge over the Assa River. It consists of five residential towers and one four-storey semi-combat with a flat roof. The entrances to the doorways of the second and third floors of this tower were controlled by two small stone hinged balconies located on the fourth floor of the building. Below, the road features two land-based collective crypt tombs from the late Middle Ages.

The Upper Pui Tower complex is part of the Dzhirakh-Assin State Historical, Architectural and Natural Museum-Reserve and is an identified object of cultural heritage protected by the state.
