The organization “Resorts of Ingushetia”, which manages the republican resort ‘Armkhi’, and CCRT “Territory” signed an official cooperation agreement.

LLC “Resorts of Ingushetia” is a leading operator of tourist infrastructure in the Republic of Ingushetia, specializing in the development and management of resorts in the region. The company is actively involved in the creation and modernization of tourist facilities aimed at attracting tourists and improving the quality of recreation in the region.

Resorts Ingushetia participates in the state program “Development of the North Caucasus Federal District” until 2030. As part of the program, the organization cooperates with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the state corporation Kavkaz.RF, implementing projects to modernize the infrastructure and resorts of the Republic.

Today the first day of the MITT-2025 international tourism exhibition started in Moscow - one of the largest events in the field of tourism, uniting professionals from different countries.

“Territory” Center for Integrated Development of Autonomous Territories “Territory” takes part in MITT-2025, demonstrating key projects aimed at developing the tourism potential of autonomous territories.

At the stand of the Republic of Ingushetia at MITT-2025 we had a working meeting with the head of the Tourism Committee of the Republic of Ingushetia.

“Territory” Center for Integrated Development of Autonomous Territories has established an official representative office in Voronezh region.

At the MITT-2025 forum, we hold meetings with various organizations and representatives of constituent entities, discussing cooperation and joint projects.

There is a particular interest in the digitalization of areas for various purposes and security at events.

We held a working meeting with the Kirov region and discussed issues of cooperation.

The third day of MITT-2025 brought more than 20 working meetings to discuss cooperation, joint projects, challenges and ways of addressing them.

Meetings have been held with foreign guests of the forum and arrangements have been made for further interaction.

The Achkhoy-Martan district of the Chechen Republic and the "Territory" Center for Integrated Development of Autonomous Territories signed a cooperation agreement.

At a meeting with the head of the Achkhoy-Martan municipal district Khoza Abdulhamidovich Bursagov, priorities, interests and tasks were defined, including the introduction of the National System “Territory” on the territory of the district.

The agreement defines the following areas of cooperation:

- creation of favorable conditions, development and implementation of programs and projects for sustainable integrated development of the Achkhoy-Martan Municipal District of the Chechen Republic;

- development and implementation, popularization and promotion of new innovative ideas, programs, projects, solutions, tools, research and technologies;

- implementation of programs and activities aimed at improving the level of safety and comfort of staying in the territory of the district.

- development of the tourist and recreational complex in the Chechen Republic;

- development and implementation of significant programs and projects aimed at promoting the formation of a balanced strategy of socio-economic and spatial development of territories;

- increasing public interest in sports and tourism in the North Caucasus;

- development and implementation of educational programs in the field of life safety, ecology, and protection of cultural heritage sites;

- other areas within the framework of the agreement, not prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation and the legislation of the Chechen Republic.

It is planned to hold joint events and participation of specialists from the “Territory” Center for Complex Development of Autonomous Territories in the preparation of official events of the district.

A working visit to the sites of the Achkhoy-Martan and Urus-Martan districts of the Chechen Republic took place.

Tower complexes, freestanding towers and crypts were investigated, which will be entered into the system and made available to guests of the territories.

The organization Center for Integrated Territory Development “Territory” took part in the largest International Exhibition of Tourism and Hospitality Industry MITT-2025 as an exhibitor, which was held from 18 to 20 March in Crocus Expo IEC. Every year more than 1,000 companies, national pavilions, regional administrations, investors, hotels, tour operators and other key players from more than 30 countries participate in MITT.

The stand of the Territory CDRC presented the projects of the Center's partners, solutions for digitalization in the areas of tourism, human security and integrated development of territories based on the National System “Territory” and the cybersecurity system “Horizon”.

As part of the MITT-2025 business program, the key topics were the issues of security in tourism, implementation of knowledge-intensive solutions and digitalization of territories.

The Territory CCRT told about the pilot implementation of the Territory system in the Chechen Republic, the Republic of Ingushetia, the Karachay-Cherkess Republic and other territories.

In the course of the exhibition the team of CCRT “Territory” conducted direct negotiations on cooperation with official delegations of the following regions:

- Kirov region;

- Murmansk region;

- Sverdlovsk region;

- Saratov region;

- Vladimir region;

- Kabardino-Balkar Republic;

- Sakhalin region;

- Khabarovsk region;

- Republic of Dagestan;

- Voronezh Region;

- Irkutsk Region;

- Republic of Ingushetia;

- Volgograd Region.

Agreements were reached to start cooperation in the spheres of digitalization and security of guests of the territories.

In addition, meetings were held with commercial companies operating in the following regions:

- Moscow region;

- City of Moscow;

- Kostroma region;

- Republic of Tatarstan;

- Ryazan region;

- Rostov region;

- Lipetsk region.

Agreements have already been reached with a number of companies to start cooperation on the use of the “Territory” system to solve commercial tasks.

Productive meetings were also held with representatives of educational institutions - the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University and the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. Areas of cooperation were outlined and joint projects aimed at the development of digital solutions in tourism and security were outlined.

Plans for 2025 include expansion of the structure with the opening of representative offices in various regions of Russia (Irkutsk, Yekaterinburg, Voronezh, Kaliningrad, St. Petersburg, Vladivostok), connection of new municipal districts of the Chechen Republic, the Republic of Ingushetia, the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, the Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria and the Republic of Dagestan to the system. The Center is also actively building international cooperation with BRICS+ countries, in particular with Brazil, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iran and other countries. In 2025, the Center plans to open representative offices in Sri Lanka, Iran and Morocco, as well as participate in leading international conferences and exhibitions.
