The facility is located on the site of the district House of Culture, which was previously unequipped for film screenings. The modernization project includes the installation of projection and acoustic equipment, screens, and seating, ensuring image and sound quality comparable to that of modern cinemas.

According to Rasul Kurumov, Head of the State Cinematography Department of the Ministry of Culture of the Chechen Republic, after completion of the work, the facility will function as a multifunctional cinema and concert hall, designed for cultural events and film screenings.

A cinema in the village of Itum-Kali in the Chechen Republic was among 141 cinemas across Russia selected by the Cinema Fund for renovation and upgrading with modern multimedia equipment.

The venue is located in the district's Community Center, which previously lacked film screening equipment. Projectors, screens, sound systems, and seating will be installed as part of the project. After renovation, the facility will retain its primary function but will become a multifunctional cinema and concert hall.

This was announced by Rasul Kurumov, Head of the State Cinematography Department of the Ministry of Culture of the Chechen Republic. The applications were prepared with the assistance of specialists from the State Cinematography Department of the Chechen Republic.

Measures to support the agro-industrial complex were discussed in the Shatoi District.

Modular antenatal clinics are being established in Shatoy and Sernovodskoye.

The clinic in Sernovodskoye is designed to accommodate three medical sites and serve up to 12,000 patients; the Shatoy facility (350 square meters) will accommodate four medical sites and serve over 16,000 residents of the district.

The facilities will include offices for specialized specialists, ultrasound and functional diagnostic rooms, pre-hospital consultation rooms, treatment and procedure rooms, day hospitals, as well as facilities for psychological and medical-social support.

Completion of the works and commissioning of the facilities are planned for the end of 2026.

In the Urus-Martan district, 15 facilities will open and 125 jobs will be created by the end of the year.

The Head of the Administration of the Head and Government of the Chechen Republic, Galas Taimaskhanov, held a working meeting with Shamil Kutsayev, Head of the Urus-Martan district.

As part of the Year of Mountain Regions declared by Head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov, a modern "smart" sports ground was opened in the village of Vedeno.

The facility was commissioned to coincide with the 75th anniversary of the birth of Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov, the First President of the Chechen Republic. The ground was created by the Chechen Republic's Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports, along with several other sports facilities—similar ones have been built in the villages of Itum-Kali and Nozhai-Yurt.

The new ground will provide residents of Vedeno with comfortable conditions for training and physical education, promote the development of mass sports, and encourage the population to engage in regular exercise—with the goal of reaching up to 70% of the region's residents by 2030.

Chechenenergo JSC is reconstructing a 110/35/10 kV substation, which supplies power to the Vedeno and Shali districts.

As part of the investment program, two power transformers are being replaced at the site. Once completed, the substation's capacity will increase from 32 to 80 MVA (a 2.5-fold increase). In addition, the circuit breakers, disconnectors, and switchgear are being upgraded. Domestic materials and equipment are being used in the project.

The modernization will improve the reliability of power supply to 27 villages, home to approximately 130,000 people and 58 socially significant institutions.

According to Isa Kadirov, Managing Director of Chechenenergo JSC, the project was made possible thanks to an agreement between Ramzan Kadyrov, Head of the Chechen Republic, and the management of Rosseti. Given the rapid growth of populated areas and increasing energy consumption, including in the Vedeno District, the substation's reconstruction will be an important factor in the further development of the region.

The State Budgetary Educational Institution "Achkhoy-Martan Education Center named after S.A. N. Shamaev" will implement a trimester-based system of study starting September 1, 2026.

With this system of organizing the educational process, the year is divided into three trimesters, each approximately 11-13 weeks long. The schedule is based on the modular principle ("5+1"): each trimester consists of two 5-6-week academic modules, separated by a week of vacation. Thus, students will be able to take up to five short vacations throughout the year, not counting the long summer breaks.

Approximate distribution of trimesters:

First (fall) - from September to mid-November;

Second (winter) - from late November to mid-February;

Third (spring) - from late February to May. At the end of each trimester, students are given interim grades, which are taken into account when calculating their final annual grade.

Work is underway in the Vedeno District Forestry to create mineralized firebreaks. This project is being implemented by specialists from the Vedeno Forestry State Institution as part of efforts to improve forest fire safety.

These mineralized firebreaks are areas cleared of vegetation and flammable materials. They serve as a firebreak, preventing the spread of fire between forest areas. Furthermore, these firebreaks facilitate patrolling and reduce response times to potential fire outbreaks.

Beyond their firefighting function, the mineralized firebreaks contribute to the improvement of forest ecosystems: they reduce plant competition for resources, can limit the spread of pests and diseases, and, when cultivated, improve soil structure.

These projects are in line with the objectives of the national project "Environmental Well-Being" and are aimed at preserving natural areas, improving environmental safety, and protecting forest resources.

First Deputy Prime Minister of the Chechen Republic and Minister of Highways of the Chechen Republic Isa Tumkhadzhiev, on behalf of Head of the Republic Ramzan Kadyrov, inspected the progress of major road repairs in the Achkhoy-Martan District.

Over two days, 123 patients underwent chest x-rays. The screening results revealed multiple cases of unspecified bronchitis; the patients were prescribed further examination and treatment.

The national project "Long and Active Life," implemented from 2025 by decision of Russian President Vladimir Putin, aims to increase life expectancy to 78 years by 2030 and to 81 years by 2036. Early detection of diseases, including respiratory pathologies, is crucial to achieving these targets. One of the key areas of the project is the modernization of primary healthcare and expanding the availability of diagnostics for residents of rural areas.

Reconstruction of fire roads continues in the Makhketinsky district forestry (quarter 30, Vedenskoye forestry). The work is being carried out at the direction of Sharpudi Abdulazizov, Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Chechen Republic.

Specialists from the Vedenskoye Forestry are clearing the roads of vegetation and obstacles, leveling and reinforcing the road surface, and installing drainage systems. The open ultramarathon "75 Kilometers of Memory" will be held on August 30, 2026, and will be dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the birth of Akhmat-Khadji Kadyrov, the First President of the Chechen Republic.

The race will start in Achkhoy-Martan: participants will gather and register at 5:30 AM, a pre-race briefing will be held at 6:15 AM, and the start will be at 6:30 AM. The distance is approximately 75 km, running from Achkhoy-Martan to the Galanchozh stone arch, with a significant portion of the route passing through mountainous terrain.

The organizers are the State Autonomous Institution "Information Agency Grozny," the iDA PR communications agency, and the BORZ running club. Achkhoy-Martan is undergoing major road infrastructure repairs as part of the state program "Development of the Road Sector of the Chechen Republic."

Khazbulat Amayev, Head of the Achkhoy-Martan Municipal District Administration, inspected the progress of the work. The asphalt pavement on A. T. Kharikova Street has been completely renewed—the repaired section is 2.4 km long. Contractors have now begun replacing the asphalt on A. Kadyrov Street, a 2.8 km section.

Itum-Kali hosted the Youth Health Festival “Akhmat Sila!!!”. The competition was attended by teams of schoolchildren of the district of 9-11 grades, who competed in various sports disciplines. The winners were awarded with cups and medals.

The event was organized jointly with the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sport of the Chechen Republic, the Youth Centre of the Chechen Republic and the Akhmat youth social-patriotic movement. Sernovodskoye district: power supply appeared on Sadovaya Street.

Within the framework of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”, a new power line with a length of more than 500 meters was laid in Sadovaya Street of Sernovodskoye urban settlement.

The work was completed on time, taking into account the wishes of local residents. The new section will ensure stable power supply, improve living conditions and create opportunities for small business development.

Ismail Israilov, the head of the district, noted that the project will become the basis for further transformations and improvement of the quality of life in the settlement.

The House of Children and Youth Tourism is being renovated in Sernovodskoye district.

In the village of Sernovodskoye, work has begun on the renovation of the House of Children and Youth Tourism within the framework of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”.

It is planned to repair the facade, roof, lay tiles and improve the territory. The project is aimed at creating comfortable conditions for children's classes and leisure time.

Head of the Education Department Magomed Abdusalamov emphasized that the facility will become a modern space for the development of tourism and active recreation of schoolchildren.

Eight investment facilities are planned to be put into operation in Shatoy district in 2025. The district administration reports that the facilities will be implemented under the program “Social and economic development of mountainous areas (Vedensky, Itum-Kalinsky, Nozhai-Yurtovsky, Shatoi, Sharoysky districts) of the Chechen Republic (for 2017-2020 ) and subsequent years”.

The district administration explained that the investment project "Construction and commissioning of a 2-storey building of a fitness club for 10 people in the village of Shatoi, where the amount of investment is 5.5 million rubles, is now at the stage of completion. Jobs will be created. At the moment the works on improvement of the adjacent territory and interior finishing are underway at the facility.

Thanks to the help and support of the Head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov, the district is experiencing positive dynamics of socio-economic development and business is gradually expanding in important sectors of the economy: tourism, cattle breeding, plant growing, beekeeping, thus creating new jobs. A monitoring event was conducted in Shatoi district to control and prevent the sale of poor-quality food products. The monitoring was implemented by specialists of the territorial department of the Rospotrebnadzor Directorate in Grozny district together with representatives of the administration of Shatoi district and officers of the Department of Internal Affairs in Shatoi district.

Meetings were held with entrepreneurs on compliance with the norms established by law.

The village of Nikhaloy in the Shatoi district of the Chechen Republic has a new health care facility - a paramedic and obstetric station. It was built as part of the national project “Long and Active Life” and the federal project “Modernization of Primary Health Care”.

The construction of the obstetric station in the village of Nihaloy is a vivid example of successful implementation of national projects aimed at improving the availability and quality of medical services in remote areas. The Urus-Martan district team took third place in the national speed-reading championship.

The event, which took place in the auditorium of the Argun Palace of Culture, was attended by 49 people from different districts of Chechnya. The participants represented their districts in teams of seven. The first round was an intellectual quiz on reading literacy, and the second round - on speed and expressiveness of reading. The participants were evaluated by a jury consisting of representatives of the Abuzar Aidamirov National Library of the Chechen Republic. In order to put the project into effect, we had to conduct preventive activities with citizens, inform them, explain the purpose of the medical examination, and then schedule visits to medical institutions. Medical personnel who interacted with patients for a whole year were also of great help in this work.

The Urus-Martan Palace of Culture hosted an environmental action “Feed the birds in winter!” as part of the national project “Culture”. The participants did not just feed birds, but also learned about the different species living in the area, learned to distinguish the characteristic features of appearance and behavior, learned about the correct way to feed and care for birds to save them from death in winter. And besides, they simply enjoyed communicating with wildlife.

The Urus-Martan district of the Chechen Republic hosted the Open Cup of the Head of the Chechen Republic among young men and juniors in mixed martial arts (MMA). The event was organized by Sports School No. 1 of the Urus-Martan district with the support of the Chechen Republic's Ministry of Physical Culture and Sport. More than 150 athletes took part in the competition.

The tournament is aimed at popularizing MMA among young people in the region. The tournament was organized within the framework of the federal project “Sport is the norm of life”, aimed at increasing physical activity among citizens and developing mass sports in Russia. In addition, the project is part of the national initiative “Demography”, which is aimed at improving the quality of life and health of the population, as well as attracting more people to regular physical training and sports.

New sewage treatment facilities will be operational in Urus-Martan in 2025. The sewage network construction project is under the authority of the Ministry of Construction of the Chechen Republic and is being developed jointly with a design institute. A total of 9 housing and utilities facilities have been built in the district since 2021. The new sewage treatment facilities will have a capacity of 7,000 m³ per day.

Also, the construction of more than 30 km of water supply networks continues in the district to improve water supply for residents of several settlements.

In addition, the improvement of the central square is currently being completed in Urus-Martan, the design of which won the contest of the Russian Ministry of Construction.

By the end of the year, 30 communal infrastructure facilities will be completed in Chechnya.

The total capacity of these facilities will be more than 40 thousand meters of water per day. The project is aimed at improving the quality of public utilities and developing the region's infrastructure, which will raise the living standards of local residents.

Vedensky district won the Sinmekhallash contest-festival.

The final of the 16th Republican television festival-contest “Sinmekhallash” was held at the Dagun Omayev Palace of Celebrations. Teams from the Vedeno and Shatoy districts took part in the contest. The participants demonstrated vocal and theatrical numbers, knowledge of their native language and traditions.

The winner of the competition was the team from the Vedeno district, which took first place and received 1,000,000 roubles. The Shatoy district took second place, and third place was shared by the teams from the Shaly and Nozhai-Yurt districts.

As part of the order of Ramzan Kadyrov and with the participation of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Itum-Kalin district of the Czech Republic Hamid Saiduyev, the opening event of the entrance gate in the rural settlement of Hildehara Itum-Kalin municipal district was held.

Dozens of natives of Hildehara came to the opening, who are actively involved in the restoration of their native settlement. The elders expressed hope that the ancient Hildehara would soon be restored to its historical boundaries.

During the Forum, a Protocol on technological cooperation was signed in the framework of cooperation with enterprises of the military-industrial complex and enterprises solving the problems of import substitution in industry between the Administration of the Itum-Kalin municipal district and JSC NPO High Precision Complexes. Also, the presentation of the logo for the Second Itum-Kalin Forum for the Development of Territories was held, which is planned to be used as one of the elements of the district’s brand and used to mark goods and services produced in the district. All participants of the Forum received gifts with the logo of Itum-Kalinsky district.

The Ombudsman for Human Rights in the Chechen Republic, Mansur Soltayev, together with his staff, paid a visit to the Sharoy municipal district of the Chechen Republic. In the district administration, he held a meeting with the head of the district Ramazan Magomedov and heads of rural settlements.

He was acquainted with the conditions created by the leadership of the republic for comfortable living of residents of the district. In the village of Kenkhi, Sharoi district of the Chechen Republic in record time – just two months – built and launched a new gas pipeline designed to provide about 230 houses. This was reported by the head of the Czech Republic Ramzan Kadyrov. The new inter-settlement gas pipeline was built as part of the Program for the Development of Gas Supply and Gasification of the Chechen Republic for 2021-2025 .

About nine kilometers of the gas line, the specialists laid in the most difficult conditions, because to deliver gas to an altitude of more than 1,500 meters above sea level, you need to perform a huge amount of work. Due to the features of the mountainous terrain, the construction of the gas pipeline had to be carried out without the use of special equipment at almost all installation sites - manually, Kadyrov wrote.

“Now the residents of the settlement no longer need to go to the mountains for firewood four kilometers from the village, carry wheelbarrows or deliver with the help of pack animals,” the head of the region said.

The Central Library of Itum-Kalin Municipal District opened its doors for the book and illustrative exhibition “We Remember, We Keep in Memory”, dedicated to the 21st anniversary of the official inauguration of the President of the Chechen Republic Akhmat-Haji Kadyrov. The exhibition presents encyclopedic materials, books on the biography and family of the First President, a collection of poems written by Akhmat-Haji Kadyrov, his photos and photographs of his friends, newspaper and magazine publications in Russian and Chechen languages, which highlights biographical facts, stages of Kadyrov’s political activity.

The exhibition was attended by schoolchildren, youth and residents of the district.

All-season tourist and recreational resort "Veduchi" Itum-Kalin municipal district of the Chechen Republic became the venue for the All-Russian sports and tourist festival "Open Chechnya". The festival was organized by the Ministry of Physical Culture, Sport and Youth Policy of the Czech Republic. The purpose of the event is to popularize tourism and a healthy lifestyle, attract young people to sports, as well as strengthen interregional relations among young people.

Participants of the festival got acquainted with professional competencies in the field of tourism and hospitality, with the organization and conduct of sports and tourist events, took part in sports games, quests, hiking.

Единственная уцелевшая башня в Шаройском районе стала новым объектом исследования для чеченской группы спелеологов. По словам руководителя регионального отделения Российского спелеологического общества по Чеченской Республике Умара Масаева, исторический памятник построен в 12 веке.

«Эта башня чуть ли не единственная, которая сохранилась практически в первозданном виде. Большинство сохранившихся башен в республике реконструированы или потеряли свой изначальный облик. Мы говорили с местным жителем, который поведал о том, что с этим сооружением связано много историй. Удивительно, что она стоит тут уже девять столетий», — рассказал собеседник агентства.

Однако, отметил спелеолог, несмотря на то, что башня неплохо сохранилась внешне, ей все же требуется небольшая реконструкция, поскольку внутри находиться может быть опасно.

«Время все же берет свое, и многие конструкции тут уже очень хрупкие. Было небезопасно подниматься наверх, да и крыша ненадежная. Объект представляет собой большую историческую ценность и стоит тут с 12 века. Поэтому, чтобы он сохранился и дальше, необходимо провести тут ремонтные работы», — добавил спелеолог.

В Шаройском муниципальном районе прошел субботник.

В субботнике приняли участие Главы и сотрудники администраций сельских поселений, работники организаций, учреждений и сотрудники ОМВД по Шаройскому району. Был произведён покос травы и уборка мусора с использованием специальной крупногабаритной техники для очистки территорий.

Глава администрации Рамазан Назирович Магомедов посетил Кенхинское сельское поселение, где проводилось изучение местности для выбора оптимальных маршрутов для мотоциклетного спорта. Следует отметить, что рельеф данной местности идеально подходит для этого.

Развитие мотоциклетного спорта представляет собой новое и очень перспективное направление развития туристического сектора Шаройского района. В дальнейших планах после открытия маршрутов– организация районных и республиканских соревнований.

С целью развития Шаройского района, повышения его туристической и инвестиционной привлекательности, Главой Шаройского муниципального района Магомедовым Рамазаном Назировичем принято решение о присоединении района к национальной системе «Территория».

Система «Территория» начнёт действовать в районе уже весной 2024 года.

Главе Шаройского муниципального района Магомедову Рамазану Назировичу вручена персональная благодарность за содействие в организации и в обеспечении безопасности участников и сотрудников самого протяжённого и сложного высокогорного экстремального бегового старта на планете в 2023 году, впервые состоявшегося в России.

По территории Шаройского района прошёл маршрут самого протяженного и сложного высокогорного забега в мире с максимальной дистанцией 960 километров. В России такой забег проводился впервые.

Администрация, правоохранители и местные жители радушно встречали спортсменов на территории района, а также оказывали содействие в организации пребывания на пункте питания и отдыха, располагавшегося в сельском поселении Химой,в гостевых домиках администрации района.

В Шаройский Район спортсмены забегали с территории Республики Дагестан. В Химое состоялся финиш дисциплины 200 километров. Участники других дисциплин после короткого отдыха продолжили забег в направлении Итум-Калинского района Чеченской Республики.
